Spouse or any family member of an Overseas Filipino Worker, or the guardian of the child or children of an OFW; provided that the said OFW belongs to the low/semi-skilled worker category. Sworn affidavit declaring that the solo parent is not cohabiting with a partner or co-parent, and has sole parental care and support of the child or children. Any legal guardian, an adoptive or foster parent who solely provides parental care and support to a child or children

Proof of guardianship, foster care, or adoption
Affidavit of a barangay official that the solo parent is not cohabiting with a partner or co-parent, and has sole parental care and support of the child or children. Any relative within the fourth (4th) civil degree of consanguinity or affinity of the parent or legal guardian who assumes parental care and support of the child or children as a result of the death, abandonment, disappearance, or absence of the parents or solo parent for at least six (6) months. Isinagawa ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office III, sa koordinasyon ng City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), ang ika-anim na sesyon ng Economic Empowerment Grant Utilization para sa mga benepisyaryo ng Enhanced ProtecTEEN Program ngayong ika-25 ng Mayo, 2026, sa City Covered Court, Brgy. Poblacion I, Lungsod ng San Jose del Monte. Ang aktibidad ay dinaluhan din ng mga kinatawan mula sa DSWD Central Office at DSWD Field Office III, at kabuuang 80 adolescent parents ang nakatanggap ng kanilang economic empowerment grant na nagkakahalaga ng ₱3,000 para sa sesyong ito.

Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na hindi lamang maibigay ang tulong-pinansyal sa mga benepisyaryo — kundi gabayan din sila sa tamang paggamit ng grant para sa pangmatagalang kabuhayan ng kanilang pamilya, at palakasin ang kanilang kaalaman at kasanayan sa responsableng pamamahala ng pondo. Kapansin-pansin din sa okasyong ito ang pagsasagawa ng video production kasama ang mga benepisyaryo at stakeholders para sa State of the Nation Address (SONA) ng Pangulo ng Pilipinas sa 2026 — isang pagkilala na ang kwento ng ating mga kabataang ina ay karapat-dapat marinig ng buong bansa.

Nagpapasalamat ang CSWDO sa DSWD Field Office III at sa lahat ng kinatawang dumalo mula sa Central Office para sa patuloy na suporta at koordinasyon sa programang ito. Buong sigasig na nakikiisa ang City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) sa pagpaplano ng Supplementary Feeding Program at Nutrition Expo para sa ating mga batang San Joseño. Sa koordinasyon ng City Mayor's Office, City Health Office, at Department of Education, sama-sama tayong nagtatrabaho upang matiyak na ang bawat elementaryang mag-aaral — mula Grade 2 hanggang Grade 6 — ay makakatanggap ng sapat na nutrisyon sa loob ng 180 araw at tunay na malabanan ang malnutrisyon sa ating lungsod.

Nagsagawa ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office III, sa koordinasyon ng City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), ng courtesy call sa Department of Education (DepEd) ng Lungsod ng San Jose del Monte ngayong ika-18 ng Mayo, 2026. Personal na tinanggap ang pagbisita si Dr. Leonardo C. Canlas, CESO VI, City Schools Division Superintendent ng DepEd CSJDM, upang talakayin ang pakikipagtulungan ng dalawang ahensya kaugnay ng Enhanced ProtecTEEN Program para sa mga adolescent mothers sa ating lungsod.

Ang Enhanced ProtecTEEN Program ay isang komprehensibong programa ng DSWD na nagbibigay ng psychosocial support, parenting interventions, capacity-building, at economic assistance sa mga kabataang ina — na may layuning tulungan silang bumangon, maging self-sufficient, at makapagbigay ng mas magandang kinabukasan para sa kanilang mga anak. Ang pakikiisa ng DepEd sa programang ito ay isang mahalagang hakbang upang matiyak na ang usapin ng edukasyon ng mga adolescent mothers ay aktibong tinutugunan — sapagkat ang pag-aaral ay isa sa pinakamahalagang daan tungo sa tunay na pagbabago ng kanilang buhay.

Nagpapasalamat ang CSWDO sa DSWD Field Office III sa inisyatibo ng courtesy call na ito, at kay Dr. Leonardo C. Canlas at sa buong DepEd CSJDM sa kanilang pagiging bukas at handang makiisa sa pagtulong sa ating mga kabataang ina. Muling nakatanggap ang 915 na senior citizens ng kanilang payout sa ilalim ng 2nd Quarter National Social Pension para sa taong 2026 na ginanap sa City Sports Complex, Brgy. Minuyan Proper nitong ika-7 ng Mayo, 2026. Pinangunahan ito ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office III sa pakikipagtulungan ng City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) at ng Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) upang matiyak ang maayos at maayos na pamamahagi ng benepisyo sa bawat karapat-dapat na benepisyaryo.

Alinsunod sa Republic Act 11916, ang bawat kuwalipikadong indigent senior citizen ay tumatanggap ng ₱1,000 bawat buwan, na ibinahagi tuwing quarter o ₱3,000 kada tatlong buwan — bilang tulong sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan at medikal na gastusin. Higit sa isang financial assistance, ang National Social Pension Program ay isang pagkilala ng pamahalaan na ang ating mga nakatatanda ay may karapatang mabuhay nang may dignidad at sapat na suporta sa kanilang mga natatanging pangangailangan.

Nagpapasalamat ang CSWDO sa DSWD Field Office III at sa OSCA sa patuloy na kooperasyon at dedikasyon sa maayos na paghahatid ng benepisyong ito sa ating mga benepisyaryong senior citizen. Isinagawa ng City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) ang Short Course para sa mga Day Care Workers tungkol sa Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities (ERPAT) nitong ika-4 ng Mayo, 2026, sa City Covered Court, Brgy. Poblacion I. Ang short course na ito ay naglalayong palakasin ang kaalaman at kakayahan ng ating mga Day Care Workers sa tamang implementasyon at pag-facilitate ng ERPAT sessions sa kanilang mga komunidad — upang mas mahusay nilang maiabot ang programa sa mga amang San Joseño na nangangailangan ng gabay.

Ang ERPAT ay isang programa ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na nakatuon sa pagpapaunlad at pagpapayaman ng kaalaman, ugali, at kakayahan ng mga ama sa pagtupad ng kanilang mga responsibilidad bilang magulang at ulo ng pamilya — sa pamamagitan ng community-based sessions at pagbuo ng network ng mga father leaders sa komunidad. Kinikilala ng programa ang malaking papel ng mga ama sa lahat ng aspeto ng pag-aalaga at pagpapaunlad ng kanilang mga anak, kabilang na ang pamamahala ng gawi at ugali ng mga kabataang miyembro ng pamilya. Isinagawa ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office III ang isang orientasyon at presentasyon sa City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) nitong ika-23 ng Abril, 2026, sa New Government Center, Brgy. Dulong Bayan, tungkol sa bagong 4Ps Digital Platform at Compliance Verification System ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). Kasama sa talakayan ang plano para sa pilot testing ng mga sistema sa Brgy. Paradise at Brgy. San Isidro — dalawa sa mga napiling barangay sa ating lungsod para sa unang pagsubok ng makabagong plataporma.

Ang Compliance Verification System ay isang bagong software system ng DSWD na nagbibigay-daan sa mga benepisyaryo na mag-upload ng kanilang school report cards at health records nang direkta sa sistema, na lubos na nagpapabilis sa proseso ng compliance verification at pagpapalabas ng cash grants. Ang 4Ps Digital Platform naman, kasama ang i-Registro, ay naglalayong bigyan ng kakayahan ang mga benepisyaryo na i-update ang kanilang impormasyon nang hindi na kailangang dumaan sa manu-manong proseso — mula sa kaginhawahan ng kanilang mga tahanan, at makatanggap ng notification tungkol sa status ng kanilang updates sa loob ng ilang minuto lamang. Dfa Ang pilot testing sa dalawang barangay ay isang mahalagang hakbang upang matasa ang epekto at pagiging handa ng sistema bago pa ito palawakin sa buong lungsod.

Nagpapasalamat ang CSWDO sa DSWD Field Office III sa pagbabahagi ng mga makabagong pagbabago at inisyatiba na ito, at sa pagtitiwala sa ating lungsod bilang bahagi ng pilot implementation. Isinagawa ng Bahay Pag-asa ng Lungsod ng San Jose del Monte, sa ilalim ng City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), ang seminar na "Mastering Financial Literacy: Knowledge for Longlife Success" nitong ika-22 ng Abril, 2026. Bilang espesyal na resource speaker, ibinahagi ni Mr. Rudolfo Z. Gado, MSBDO Manager mula sa San Jose Cooperative, ang kaniyang kaalaman at karanasan sa tamang pamamahala ng pera, pag-iipon, at pagpaplano ng kinabukasan sa mga Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) na kasalukuyang nasa pangangalaga ng pasilidad.

Layunin ng seminar na ito na bigyan ng praktikal na kaalaman sa financial literacy ang ating mga CICL — upang habang sila ay sumasailalim sa proseso ng rehabilitasyon, ay may natutunang mahahalagang kasanayan na magiging dala-dala nila sa kanilang pagbabalik sa komunidad. Naniniwala ang ating Pamahalaang Lungsod na ang tamang kaalaman sa pera at pagpaplano ay isa sa mga pundasyon ng isang maayos, produktibo, at responsableng pamumuhay — at ang bawat kabataan, anuman ang kanilang sitwasyon, ay karapat-dapat sa pagkakataong ito.
