Celebrating 10 beautiful years in 2 months... 🥹❤️

As I watched this one-minute video filled with some of our partners, trainings here, products, and memories, I honestly became teary-eyed.

I just can't believe we've humbly come this far. I wanted to tell myself today, I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU! ANG GALING MO! 🥹

More than 100 original recipes I created with love and enjoyed by our loyal customers,
100+ local and global media features, awards and recognitions -- all organically earned and never paid for
and the trust of more than 1,000 amazing partners across 14 countries and the knowledge I have humbly shared with them.

This is the legacy we are slowly building through our Home-Based Franchise and Licensee opportunities creating opportunities for people who simply wanted a chance to start and now we are including more people to part of our new purpose and initiatives, by helping our farmers.

We may not be as big as Jollibee (yet), but God has been so incredibly good to us. 🙏🏻

Especially despite the challenges, setbacks, and moments when we didn't know what would happen next, He always made a way.

I am forever grateful. Forever humbled.

Before What’s Your FLAN? became the international franchise group it is today, Chef Princess Rosario - San Diego was already standing on a global stage, representing the Philippines in one of the world’s most recognized franchising competitions.

From nearly 900 applicants around the world… to the GLOBAL TOP 3. 🌎🇵🇭

In 2019, What’s Your FLAN? was selected to represent the Philippines at the International Franchise Association (IFA) NextGen in Franchising Global Competition in Las Vegas, USA.

Think about that for a moment.

Hundreds upon hundreds of entrepreneurs from different countries submitted their businesses and franchise concepts.

Only a select group made it through to the global competition.

And Chef Princess, a Filipina entrepreneur from the Philippines, stood among them.

Not only did she make it to the global stage…

WHAT’S YOUR FLAN? FINISHED 1ST RUNNER-UP.

A Filipino-founded food business.

A homegrown concept.

A business that started from humble beginnings.

Standing among some of the most promising young entrepreneurs in the world.

And this wasn't simply a popularity contest.

The competition brought together some of the biggest names in business and franchising.

Among the distinguished figures connected to the 2019 competition were:

Carly Fiorina - former CEO of Hewlett-Packard and former U.S. presidential candidate

Suzanne DeLuca Greco - former CEO of Subway and a major figure in the Subway/DeLuca franchise legacy

Shelly Sun - Founder and CEO of BrightStar Care and former Chair of the International Franchise Association

These are the people who were looking at the next generation of franchise businesses.

And What’s Your FLAN? was there.

In 2024, our Co-owner, Mr. Chino San Diego was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year at the Asia CEO Awards.

But this recognition was never just about an award.

It was about a business idea that started with a simple question:

“How can we help more Filipinos become entrepreneurs without needing millions of pesos to start?”

Through What’s Your Flan?
