PNP MESSAGE ON NATIONAL HEROES DAY 2026

On National Heroes Day, the Philippine National Police joins the nation in honoring the men and women whose sacrifices helped secure the freedoms and opportunities that Filipinos enjoy today.

Their stories remind us that love of country is demonstrated not only in moments of great sacrifice, but also in everyday acts of responsibility, courage, and service to others.

As public servants, we in the PNP draw inspiration from their example as we continue our mission of keeping communities safe, maintaining peace and order, and earning the trust and confidence of the people.

As we remember our heroes, may we also reflect on how each of us can contribute to nation-building in our own way.

SQUAD WEEKLY INTERACTIVE MEETING (SWIM)

On August 31, 2026, at 7:30 AM, personnel of the 1st Antique Provincial Mobile Force Company (1st APMFC), AnPPO, led by PSMS Richard M Pajarito, Squad TL, under the supervision of PLTCOL ALAIN JERICHO R CUYOPAN, Force Commander, together with Pastor Joel S. Cordoves, conducted a Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) at Brgy. Fabrica, Hamtic, Antique.

The activity focused on John 10:9: “I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.” The discussion emphasized the importance of faith, guidance, and trusting God as the source of salvation, peace, and direction in life. It also encouraged personnel to remain steadfast in their commitment to duty and service to the community.

San Rafael, San Remigio, Antique.

The activity focused on the Bible verse Matthew 16:25: “For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” The discussion emphasized the importance of selflessness, sacrifice, faith, and commitment to serving others, highlighting how genuine service requires putting the welfare of others above personal interests.
