Another Tropical Depression (formerly LPA 08c) is being monitored outside the PAR.

Meanwhile, Typhoon "DOLPHIN" has exited the Tropical Cyclone Information Domain (TCID), while continuous monitoring remains in effect, as the typhoon continues to exhibit a wobbling motion that may result in its re-entry into the domain.
