Driving Results. Strengthening Impact. 📊✨
The Conduct of the Program Implementation, Review, and Planning (PIRP) on the Population and Development Program in the Province of Antique showcased our unwavering commitment to results-driven and people-centered governance.

This initiative highlights the comprehensive validation of local accomplishments for FY 2025, ensuring that targets, deliverables, and outcomes are aligned with our shared development goals. It also provided a strategic platform for identifying and addressing gaps, challenges, and operational concerns related to the PPD-POA through a strengthened Localization Roadmap.

Looking ahead, key priorities and targets for 2026 were presented and thoroughly discussed, leading to the formulation of a concrete and responsive Plan of Action to ensure effective and sustained implementation.

Through collaboration, accountability, and data-informed decision-making, OPPO-Antique, together with CPD-VI, continues to advance inclusive, sustainable, and impactful population and development initiatives for every Antiqueño family. 💙✨

Responsible Parenthood–Family Planning (RP-FP) in the Workplace | November 21, 2025

The RP-FP in the Workplace session placed a meaningful focus on the realities faced by the Contract of Service (COS) personnel of the provincial government of Antique, who juggle demanding workloads while making responsible choices for their families and overall well-being. 💼

It highlighted that beyond their service and dedication to the public, they are also parents and family members who deserve support in making informed decisions about family planning, child-rearing, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

This effort strengthens OPPO-Antique's mission to uplift workers in marginalized sectors, ensuring they receive the information and support they need to lead healthier, more secure lives—for themselves and their families.

Responsible Parenthood–Family Planning (RP-FP) in the Workplace | November 20, 2025

OPPO-Antique, in collaboration with PESO-Antique and LGU–San Jose, spearheaded the conduct of RP-FP in the Workplace for DOLE TUPAD beneficiaries held at Parvana Inn and Suites, Sibalom, Antique.

All TUPAD beneficiaries present in the activity are persons with disabilities (PWDs), a priority sector of both DOLE and OPPO. This initiative reflects the Provincial Population Programs’ commitment to ensuring that essential information and services reach marginalized and vulnerable population groups. It served as an important platform for enhancing awareness and understanding among workers, particularly in promoting a healthy and balanced work-life environment.

This activity intensifies OPPO-Antique’s commitment to empowering Antiqueño families and communities. Together with our partners, we will continue to champion informed choices, strengthen families, and build a more inclusive and responsive Antique.

Training of Enumerators | November 18–19, 2025

Another successful two-day training was conducted for the Barangay Secretaries and Barangay Service Point Officers (BSPOs) of the Municipality of San Jose de Buenavista on their roles as enumerators for the establishment of the Registry of Barangay Inhabitants and Migrants (RBIM) held at San Jose Activity Center, San Jose de Buenavista, Antique.

Our participants gained a deeper understanding of the RBIM survey tool, data collection processes, and data management, reinforcing the importance of accurate and timely population information in guiding local development priorities.

Our enumerators are now better equipped to support data-driven planning through accurate and reliable population data collection.

This signifies OPPO-Antique’s continued commitment to working hand in hand with LGUs in strengthening population data systems for smarter and more responsive development programs.

Training of Enumerators | November 13-14, 2025

Successful two-day training for enumerators on the establishment of Registry of Barangay Inhabitants and Migrants (RBIM) cm Comprehensive and Integrated Population Data Management System (CIPDMS) for Barangay Secretaries and Barangay Service Point Officers (BSPO) of the various barangays in the Municipality of Valderrama was conducted at Valderrama Multipurpose Hall, Valderrama, Antique.

The training strengthened the participants' understanding and appreciation of the importance of establishing and operationalizing RBIM and CIPDMS within the municipality to support data-driven planning and evidence-based decision-making. It also emphasized the vital roles and responsibilities of the enumerators as the primary data gatherers in their respective barangays.

Through this training, OPPO-Antique reaffirms its commitment to support local governments in enhancing their population data systems, paving the way for more responsive and data-driven development programs.
