Good day, Barangay Mojon family! Thank you so much to the Sangguniang Kabataan for selecting me as one of the featured members for this Honoring Pride Project. This recognition truly warms my heart!

Being recognized this Pride Month means so much, it tells us that our voices, talents, and contributions matter. I believe that serving our community, using what we have, and treating everyone fairly and with kindness helps make our barangay a better place for all.

I hope I can continue inspiring others, especially our youth and fellow LGBTQIA+ members, to be brave, proud, and share what we can offer. We are part of this community, and we belong here!

This photo will always remind me of who I am today: confident, proud, and authentic. These are the values I have carried throughout my journey and continue to uphold to this day.

The person you see in this photo from more than a decade ago is the same person you meet today. Some physical aspects may have changed, but RJ then is Tita Jay now, still standing firm in confidence, pride, and authenticity. Time may reshape our appearance, but it should never alter the truth of who we are.

May this serve as a reminder to future generations of people like me that I am living proof that one can stand tall against the odds, discrimination, prejudice, and the countless obstacles life places before us. Our struggles do not define our limitations; they reveal our strength.

Life has taught me a simple yet profound lesson: authenticity is the highest form of freedom. The moment you stop seeking permission to be yourself is the moment you begin walking toward your true purpose. Success is not measured by how many people approve of you, but by how faithfully you remain true to yourself despite the world’s attempts to change you.

Tita Wenz was the beginning of it all for me. Growing up, I looked up to him as a beacon of hope for the LGBTQ community. Through his example, I learned that my feelings were valid and that there was nothing wrong with being who I am. Before meeting him, I often felt different and questioned my place in society. But his presence reassured me that people like me exist, belong, and have the right to live authentically.

To me, Tita Wenz is both the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning of my journey toward self-acceptance and a lasting source of inspiration. He opened my eyes to the possibilities that exist beyond fear, doubt, and prejudice. His life taught me that our identity is not a limitation but a strength that can inspire others.

Having served in the barangay council for many years, Tita Wenz proved that being a member of the LGBTQ community is never a barrier to public service. His dedication, compassion, and commitment to helping others showed me that true leadership is measured not by gender or identity, but by one’s willingness to serve. Through his example, I learned that we all have the power to make a meaningful difference in our communities, regardless of who we are.

A message to everyone who needs to hear it; "Sexuality is not what we choose to become, but what we truly feel to be".

I didn't choose my sexuality, I just simply felt it. Growing up, my greatest realization is that, our true sexuality cannot be imposed by anyone else. Slowly, I learned to embrace the person I was always meant to be. It wasn't an easy journey to be honest. Often times I had to deal with criticisms. But thankfully, those people who criticized me are the same people who only wants the best for me. As I have turned those criticisms into a support system, I have also witnessed my wings spread as wide as it can. It's idiomatic, but it simply means I just allowed myself to be my true self, free of worries and sorrows.

Finally, to whoever this message is truly meant to reach; do not be afraid to show the real you and do not be afraid to be authentic. Please know that there will be millions of us who will be truly proud of you when you choose to step up and show the world how you truly feel.

Good day everyone
Today I speak simply about one shared truth every person deserves to be seen, respected,and treated fairly regardless of who they love.

For to long ,many have faced stigma, discrimination, rejection,and even violence just for being themselves.
This hurts individuals,divides communities,an goes against the basic values of kindness and justice we all claim to believe in.
Being gay does not make someone less honest,less capable,less hardworking,or less worthy of love and safety.

We do not need to agree on everything,but we can always agree on respect
We can choose to listen instead of judge,to support instead of exclude,and to stand against prejudice in all it's forms.

Ang pagiging BAKLA Hindi weakness
It's color sa world na Minsan sobrang plain.
Tayo yung nagdadala Ng tawa kahit mabigat Ang Araw,Tayo yung matapang mag express magmahal nang totoo,at Tumayo kahit Minsan pinagtatawanan.

Walang Mali sa pagiging BAKLA
Ang mali ay yung Mundo na Minsan Hindi marunong tumanggap.

BAKLA man Ako,TOMBOY kaman,anumang label na komportable ka,
You deserve love without conditions.

Sa dulo nang Araw,tao lang Tayo,pare-pareho tayong nangangarap,nasasaktan,tumatawa.
Ang pinagkaiba lang natin ay kulay Ng pagmamahal at walang masama Doon.
