AMENDMENT AND UPDATE ON THE
NEWLY PRESCRIBED SIGNATORY
REQUIREMENTS.

UPDATE: ADDED SPECIAL CASES FOR GOVENOR'S OFFICE AND ITS UMBRELLA OFFICES AND FOR VICE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE

All Travel Orders and Itinerary of Travel (Appendix A) dated August 20, 2026 onwards shall strictly follow the new prescribed signatory requirements.

Travel documents prepared prior to August 20, 2026 shall still be accepted and processed under the previous signatory arrangement.

By equipping COS personnel with hands-on training before they step into their new roles, PAccO is paving the way for accurate, highly efficient, and faster processing of hospital transactions.
