🌱 BUILDING RESILIENT BUSINESS, CREATING A GREENER FUTURE! 💚

DTI Antique, through the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP), conducted the Seminar-Workshop on Promotion of Green Economic Development and Business Resiliency cm Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for the members of Patria Multi-Purpose Cooperative on August 12, 2026, in Patria, Pandan, Antique.

The seminar-workshop highlighted the importance of green economic practices, business resiliency, risk preparedness, and continuity planning in helping enterprises adapt to challenges while pursuing sustainable growth. Participants were guided in identifying potential business risks, developing appropriate response strategies, and strengthening their capacity to keep their operations going even in times of disruptions.

A key output of the activity was the completion of the Business Continuity Plan Toolkit, providing Patria MPC with a practical guide to prepare for possible disruptions, minimize risks, and ensure that their business operations can recover and continue.

Through CARP, DTI Antique remains committed to empowering cooperatives, ARBOs, and MSMEs by providing relevant capability-building interventions that promote sustainability, resilience, and long-term business growth. By equipping enterprises not only with knowledge but also with practical tools, DTI continues to help build businesses that are greener, stronger, and better prepared for the future. 🌱💪

CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF THE NATIONAL COCONUT WEEK! 🥥🌴

A meaningful celebration of the 40th National Coconut Week was successfully held, bringing together government partners, coconut farmers, industry stakeholders, MSMEs, and the community in recognizing the invaluable contribution of the coconut industry to our economy and to the lives of Filipino families.

With this year’s theme, “Regenerating the Coconut Economy, Future-Proofing the Coconut Value Chain,” the celebration highlighted the importance of innovation, sustainability, collaboration, and value-adding in ensuring that the coconut industry continues to thrive and create opportunities for our farmers and entrepreneurs.

More than a celebration, the occasion served as a reminder that the coconut industry is built on the hard work and resilience of our farmers and the collective commitment of stakeholders to build a stronger, more sustainable, and future-ready coconut value chain. 🌱🥥

DTI Antique remains committed to supporting our coconut farmers, MSMEs, and industry stakeholders through programs that promote entrepreneurship, innovation, market access, and inclusive growth.
