📢 WATER SUPPLY SCHEDULE ADVISORY

The Municipal Engineering Office informs all water consumers that the following water supply schedule shall be implemented to ensure a fair and equitable distribution of water throughout the service area.

This schedule adjustment is being implemented due to the increasing volume of water demand and the effects associated with the starting phase of the Super El Niño phenomenon, which may impact the availability of our water resources.

💧 LINE 1 (Bawod & Capiñahan)
• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday
• Sunday

💧 LINE 2 (M.L. Quezon Street, Motor & Labangon)
• Tuesday
• Thursday
• Saturday

We encourage everyone to use water responsibly and practice water conservation measures to help ensure sufficient supply for all households.

Please be advised that the schedule may be adjusted as necessary due to maintenance activities, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and continued support as we work together to manage our water resources effectively.

WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION

There will be a temporary water service interruption affecting the entire coverage area of the San Isidro Waterworks System due to scheduled maintenance works on February 16, 2026.

Water supply will resume immediately after the completion of maintenance activities.

Ang building permit ay hindi lang isang papel. Ito ay binubuo ng iba’t ibang fees na dumadaan sa pagsusuri ng LGU.

𝗠𝗚𝗔 𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗗:
• Building Permit Fee
• Electrical Permit
• Plumbing Permit
• Mechanical Permit (kung meron)
• Zoning Clearance
• Fire Safety Evaluation Fee
• Line and Grade Fee
• Contractor’s Tax
• Documentary Stamp at iba pang regulatory fees

𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗞𝗔𝗡𝗢 𝗜𝗧𝗢 𝗞𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗡?
Sa pangkalahatan, ang building permit cost ay nasa “humigit-kumulang”:
• 𝟭% hanggang 𝟮% ng estimated construction cost
(depende sa LGU, laki ng proyekto, at uri ng building)
Halimbawa:
Kung ang estimated cost ng bahay ay ₱3,000,000
Maaaring nasa ₱30,000 hanggang ₱60,000 ang total permit fees

𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗔 𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗜𝗧?
• Legal ang construction
• Nasusunod ang National Building Code
• Mas ligtas ang istruktura
• Iwas-demolition at penalties
• Kailangan sa future selling o loan ng property

𝗣𝗔𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗟𝗔:
Magkakaiba ang singil bawat LGU. Laging i-check ang latest schedule of fees ng inyong city o municipality at siguraduhing kumpleto ang pirma ng mga licensed professionals.
Kung may balak kang magpatayo, mas mainam na i-budget na agad ang building permit para iwas delay sa construction.

📢 OFFICIAL STATEMENT – LGU SAN ISIDRO ENGINEERING OFFICE

Regarding the circulating post about the road project in Sitio Danao, Brgy. Basud, we clarify that:

• The poured concrete is only one lane because it is the portion that has already been properly compacted and passed inspection.
• The project follows the approved Program of Works and engineering standards.
• The soil seen beside the concrete is not the base layer, but tire and foot marks caused by continuous use and softened further by recent heavy rains.
• Remaining sections will be poured once compaction and preparatory works are completed.

The project implementation follows standard operating procedures, and public funds are being properly utilized for the benefit of the community. This reflects our commitment to delivering a reliable and safe roadway for the people of San Isidro.
