The LGU of San Isidro, Surigao del Norte actively supports National Disaster Resilience Month through the KUMIKILOS campaign, themed "Kayang Umaksyon ng Mamamayan na Isabuhay ang Kahangaan ng Bawat Isa Para Maging Ligtas sa Oras ng Sakuna PARA SA KAHANDAAN, KALIGTASAN AT KATATAGAN." A coastal clean-up led by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), with support from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) and the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), was conducted to promote community action and environmental stewardship. This initiative encourages preserving and loving the environment to ensure a safe, prepared, and resilient future for the next generations.
