779 TUPAD Beneficiaries, Katuwang sa Pagbangon ng Meycauayan!

Matapos ang hagupit ng habagat, 779 DOLE-TUPAD beneficiaries ang tumutulong sa loob ng 15 araw sa cleaning at recovery operations sa iba’t ibang barangay ng Meycauayan City.

Kabilang sa kanilang gawain ang paglilinis ng mga kalsada, pagtanggal ng bara at naipong basura sa mga kanal, creek, estero, at iba pang daluyan ng tubig. 💪🌿

Sa pamamagitan ng DOLE-TUPAD Program, sa inisyatiba ng Ikaapat na Distrito ng Bulacan at katuwang ang CENRO, sama-samang kumikilos para sa mas malinis, ligtas, at mabilis na pagbangon ng ating komunidad.

Aabot sa 779 beneficiaries ng DOLE-TUPAD ang aktibong tumutulong sa cleaning at recovery operations sa Lungsod ng Meycauayan matapos ang hagupit ng habagat. Sa loob ng 15 araw, makikibahagi sila sa paglilinis ng mga kalsada at pagtanggal ng bara at naipong basura sa mga kanal, creek, estero at iba pang daluyan ng tubig.

Isinasagawa ang operasyon sa iba’t ibang barangay sa lungsod sa pamamagitan ng DOLE-TUPAD Program, sa inisyatiba ng Ikaapat na Distrito ng Bulacan at katuwang ang City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).

𝐓𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Pinangunahan ng DOLE Tarlac Field Office ang magkakasunod na TUPAD Orientation and Contract Signing katuwang ang DepEd Tarlac Province at DepEd Tarlac City para sa kabuuang 311 na benepisyaryo mula ika-11 hanggang ika-13 ng Agosto, 2026.
Sa pamumuno ni DOLE Secretary Francis N. Tolentino, patuloy na isasagawa ng Kagawaran ang mga makahulugang proyekto sa ilalim ng TUPAD gaya ng partisipasyon sa mas pinalawak ng Brigada Eskwela.

𝐓𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Nagsagawa ng TUPAD Orientation and Contract Signing para sa 147 na benepisyaryo mula sa Bayan ng San Manuel noong ika-12 ng Agosto, 2026.
Layunin ng DOLE, sa pangunguna ni Secretary Francis Tolentino, na patuloy matulungan ang mga manggagawa sa informal sector na magkaroon ng karagdagang kita sa pamamagitan ng pagtatrabaho sa ilalim ng programang TUPAD.

🎥𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐍 | Nagsagawa ang DOLE Tarlac Field Office ng Orientation at Contract Signing para sa 20 na TUPAD beneficiaries sa Bayan ng Santa Ignacia katuwang ang kanilang lokal na pamahalaan ngayong ika-2 ng Setyembre 2026. Ang mga benepisyaryo ay magtatrabaho sa loob ng 31 na araw sa Nambalan Elementary School at Nambalan High School upang isaayos at kumpunihin ang mga pasilidad ng mga paaralan.
Ang proyektong ito ang kauna-unahang implementasyon ng long-term employment sa TUPAD dito sa Probinsya ng Tarlac.
Sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni DOLE Secretary Francis Tolentino, patuloy na magsasagawa ang Kagawaran ng mga makabuluhang proyekto sa ilalim ng programang TUPAD upang patuloy na makatulong sa mga manggagawa at maging sa komunidad.

The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. III (DOLE 3) welcomed its new Regional Director, Atty. Sarah Buena S. Mirasol, during the ceremonial turnover held earlier today, September 3.

Outgoing Regional Director Geraldine M. Panlilio formally handed over the key of responsibilities to RD Atty. Mirasol, symbolizing the official transfer of leadership and duties as the Department continues to strengthen labor and employment services and advance workers’ welfare, consistent with the priorities of Labor Secretary Francis N. Tolentino.

Also present during the activity were Assistant Regional Director Alejandro Inza Cruz, heads of divisions and field offices in Region 3, and officers from DOLE-NCR, along with other DOLE 3 personnel.

𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇: 𝐓𝐔𝐏𝐀𝐃 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐔𝐘𝐀𝐏𝐎 𝐍𝐔𝐄𝐕𝐀 𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐉𝐀
Under the leadership of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and DOLE Secretary Francis Tolentino, the Department of Labor and Employment – Nueva Ecija Field Office successfully implemented a 31-day TUPAD project in various barangays of Cuyapo. One hundred disadvantaged workers were provided temporary employment while carrying out essential community works, including the 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐤𝐤𝐞𝐥 𝐄𝐜𝐨-𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞, 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 in Barangays Baloy and Bonifacio, and 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 in the town proper.
This initiative not only delivered vital environmental cleanup, tourism support facilities, and improved farm-to-market access, but also extended much-needed income support to local families. Through the continued commitment of the national leadership and the DOLE regional and provincial team, the project strengthened community resilience, promoted public sanitation, and advanced local development in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija.

Sa direktiba ni DOLE Secretary Francis N. Tolentino, patuloy na makikipagtulungan ang DOLE sa iba't ibang ahensya ng gobyerno gaya ng Department of Education para sa mas makabuluhang implementasyon ng TUPAD.

𝐃𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐓𝐔𝐏𝐀𝐃 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟕𝟓 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬
On August 4, 2026, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Aurora Field Office successfully conducted the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) Orientation for 75 beneficiaries from the municipalities of Baler and San Luis.
The beneficiaries were identified through the collaborative efforts of the Provincial Government of Aurora (PGA) and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO). Participants came from various sectors, including farmers, laborers, drivers, vendors, construction workers, fisherfolk, self-employed and underemployed workers, persons with disabilities (PWDs), senior citizens, and other members of the informal sector.
During the orientation, beneficiaries were oriented on the TUPAD Program guidelines, occupational safety and health, workers' responsibilities, and the proper implementation of the emergency employment program.
The beneficiaries are expected to undertake 10 days of community work, covering activities such as:
✅ Environmental Cleaning and Maintenance
✅ Vegetation Management
✅ Maintenance of Public Facilities
✅ Waste Management
✅ Community Gardening and Reforestation
✅ Drainage and Flood Mitigation
✅ Road and Public Safety Works
✅ Tourism and Coastal Area Maintenance
✅ School Support through Brigada Eskwela-type Activities
Implemented under the direction of DOLE Secretary Francis Tolentino, the TUPAD Program continues to provide emergency employment opportunities while promoting community development and supporting the livelihood of disadvantaged and displaced workers.
Through this initiative, the DOLE Aurora Field Office remains committed to delivering responsive and inclusive employment programs that uplift communities and improve the lives of Filipino workers.
