#𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: In accordance with Memorandum HR 44-26, the City Government of San Fernando, La Union will implement a Four-Day Compressed Work Week starting March 23, 2026.

Employees shall complete the required 40 working hours within four (4) days, while ensuring continuous and efficient public service. In this regard, the offices of the City Government of San Fernando, La Union will follow a compressed work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

However, during regular holidays and special non-working holidays, offices shall revert to the regular government work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, unless otherwise dictated by the Office of the City Mayor.

Offices delivering essential and emergency services shall continue operations under existing or adjusted work arrangements to maintain continuous service to the public.

This activity aims to provide helpful information, guidance, and support for mothers in promoting the health and well-being of their families.
