Please be advised that Malacañang has declared Wednesday, February 04, 2026, a Special Non-Working Day in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, in celebration of its 25th Cityhood Anniversary.
The Office of the President noted in Proclamation No. 1157, s. 2026 that it is “but fitting and proper” that Fernandinos be given the full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the Cityhood celebration.
This declaration covers all public and private schools, government offices, and private establishments within the entire City of San Fernando.
Essential services will continue to operate to ensure public safety and accessibility, and all scheduled Kaganapan 2026 events will proceed as planned.

This order allows government workers to observe the “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day, in line with the celebration of the 32nd National Family Week, pursuant to Proclamation No. 60, s. 1992 and Proclamation No. 326, s. 2012, respectively.
