Continuous learning, growth, and service excellence at the City Civil Registrarโs Office. ๐โจ
The City Civil Registrarโs Office recently conducted its Internal Learning Session for the first batch of employees, spearheaded by City Civil Registrar Mr. Rimando E. Umali, as part of the officeโs continuing commitment to professional growth and quality public service.
Among the topics discussed were workplace development, employee engagement, and โShaping the Future of Employees in the Workplace,โ encouraging employees to continuously improve, adapt, and align themselves with the standards and direction of the Local Government Unit of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Part 2 of the session was conducted during office downtime and focused on the officeโs ISO and Quality Management System, discussed by Patrick Gerald A. Mendoza, Registration Officer. The discussion emphasized efficiency, accountability, consistency, and maintaining high standards in serving the public.
This initiative of Mr. Umali reflects his dedication to investing in people, strengthening teamwork, and ensuring that every member of the office remains aligned with the mission and service goals of the City Government. More batches of learners and employees are expected to undergo the same series of internal meetings and discussions in the coming days.
As an added value learning experience, the office OJTs was also given the opportunity to sit in and listen to the discussions, Mr. Umali generously took time to share practical workplace insights, professional values, and lessons in public service beyond the usual classroom setting.
