🔹 Lead Service Crew
✅ At least High School Graduate or equivalent
✅ Experience in underground mining operations and leading service crews
✅ Knowledge of ventilation systems, dewatering infrastructure, and underground service installations
✅ Familiar with mine safety standards and underground operational procedures
✅ Willing to work underground on a shifting schedule
✅ Preferably residing around Nueva Vizcaya
🔹 Airleg Miner / Service Crew
✅ At least High School Graduate or equivalent
✅ Experience in airleg drilling and underground mining operations
✅ Knowledge of ventilation systems, dewatering infrastructure, and underground service installations
✅ Familiar with mine safety standards and underground operational procedures
✅ Can follow work instructions and engineering guidance
✅ Willing to work underground on a shifting schedule
✅ Preferably residing around Nueva Vizcaya
🔹 IT Operator
✅ At least High School Graduate or equivalent
✅ 3–5 years of experience operating an Integrated Tool Carrier (IT) or similar underground equipment
✅ TESDA NC II in Heavy Equipment Operation or equivalent
✅ Knowledgeable in underground material handling and mine safety procedures
✅ Physically fit and medically cleared for underground work
✅ Willing to work 12-hour day/night shifts
✅ Preferably residing around Nueva Vizcaya
🔹 Site Driver (Underground)
✅ High School Graduate or equivalent
✅ Valid Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2, 3 or A–D)
✅ 2–5 years of experience driving manual transmission vehicles
✅ Experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments is an advantage
✅ Physically fit and medically cleared for underground work
✅ Willing to work underground and on a shifting schedule
✅ Preferably residing around Nueva Vizcaya
🔹 Site-Based HV/LV Mechanic
✅ High School Graduate or equivalent
✅ Vocational/Technical graduate in Automotive, Diesel, or Heavy Equipment Technology
✅ TESDA NC II (Heavy Equipment or Automotive Servicing) preferred
✅ 3–5 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and light vehicles
✅ Can read OEM manuals, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams
✅ With Professional Driver's License (1,2,3 or A–D)
✅ Can start immediately
✅ Preferably residing around Nueva Vizcaya
🔹 QA/QC Engineer
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related Engineering course
✅ Experience in underground mining and infrastructure works
✅ Experience in QA/QC, project planning, and cost estimation
✅ Knowledge in BOM preparation, scope of work, and engineering drawings
✅ Familiar with ITPs, inspection reports, and NCR processes
✅ Willing to work underground and be assigned in Didipio, Nueva Vizcaya
🔹 Lead Mining Engineer
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related Engineering course
✅ Proven experience in underground mining and civil infrastructure
✅ Knowledge of underground ventilation systems, dewatering, and service installations
✅ Strong computer and project planning skills
✅ Must know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle
✅ Willing to be assigned in Didipio, Nueva Vizcaya
🔹 Shift Supervisor
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related Engineering course
✅ Experience supervising underground mining crews
✅ Knowledge of ventilation systems, dewatering infrastructure, and underground services
✅ Familiar with mine safety standards and operational procedures
✅ Must know how to drive manual transmission vehicles
✅ Willing to be assigned in Didipio, Nueva Vizcaya
🔹 Underground Safety Officer
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
✅ Certified DOLE Safety Officer 3 (SO3) with BOSH Training (SO4 and COSH certification are an advantage)
✅ 3–5 years of experience in mining, tunneling, construction, or heavy industry
✅ Knowledge of Philippine OSHS, DOLE regulations, mining safety standards, and incident investigation
✅ Knowledgeable in safety documentation and Microsoft Office applications
✅ With Professional Driver's License (1,2,3 or A–D) is an advantage
✅ Willing to be assigned in Didipio, Nueva Vizcaya
