Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 133, government offices shall implement appropriate alternative work arrangements, while alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented for classes at all levels in public and private schools on September 01, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat):

In observance of 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 and by virtue of Proclamation No. 1006, issued by the Office of the President, which declares 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆) as a 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, the NACC RACCO 3 Office will be 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 on this date.

The NACC RACCO 3, through its Standards, Accreditation and Monitoring Section (SAMS), together with the DSWD Standards Bureau, successfully conducted a Joint Assessment Visit to the People's Recovery, Empowerment and Development Assistance (PREDA) Foundation, Inc. - Therapeutic Home for Boys on August 18, 2026, in Castillejos, Zambales.

The Joint Assessment Visit evaluated the center’s compliance with NACC standards and indicators in the implementation of Adoption and Alternative Child Care Programs and Services (AACCPS). It covered governance, policies, organizational systems, service delivery, and case management practices, ensuring that every program and intervention upholds the best interests, protection, safety, and holistic well-being of every child under its care.

Every assessment is an opportunity to strengthen the care we provide and ensure that every child receives the support, guidance, and opportunities they deserve.

The NACC RACCO 3, through the Standards, Accreditation and Monitoring Section (SAMS), successfully conducted Monitoring and Case Management Assessment Visits to 14 Child Caring Agencies (CCAs) across Central Luzon throughout July 2026, in accordance with NACC Memorandum Circular No. 3, Series of 2024, or the Guidelines on the Certification of Adoption and Alternative Child Care Programs and Services (AACCPS) for all public and private Social Work Agencies.

The monitoring and assessment visits aim to ensure that Child Caring Agencies continuously uphold established standards in the delivery of quality care, protection, and support to children under alternative child care programs and services.
