Lardizabal and Director III Cornelia M. It is composed of five field Offices; La Union Field Office headed by Director II Edgar F. Ascuncion; Ilocos Sur Fied Office and Eastern Pangasinan Field Office headed by Director II Romulo V. Nabua; Ilocos Norte Field Office headed by Director II Atty.
