On November 26, 2021 about 1:30 PM, PRO3 through RCADD under the leadership of PCOL ROMELL A VELASCO, in partnership with PLTCOL LEANDRO GUTIERREZ, COP, Meycauayan Police Station together with KA Angel Reyes, Natl CADRE Central Luzon conducted JIPCO/AIPP engagement to Coca-Cola Company Philippines Meycauayan, Bulacan headed by Mr Rafael C. Lumberio III, Logistics, Manager. The highlights of the activity was the discussion on the main objective of AIPP wherein reorientation of management that AIPP is not a pro-management. It was also emphasized during the discussion that AIPP is not anti -union, and that it sought to enlighten them in finding win win solutions in addressing the problem or any threat involving the company and its employees. Another objective was to establish a good harmonious relationship between parties and achieve a well maintained peace industrial community. Part of the activity also, PMAJ JENNIFER A CRUZ, JIPCO/AIPP Focal Person and C, FJGADD discussed the RA11313 and Violence against Women in relation with the 18 Days Campaign Against VAWC.
