Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) Executive Director (ED) Genmaries Entredicho-Caong joins the International Public Procurement Conference 2026 as a discussant to present the digital transformation of public procurement in the Philippines.

In one of the sessions entitled “Leveraging Digital Intelligence and AI to Deliver Impactful Procurement Outcomes,” ED Gen shares insight on how digital intelligence and AI-enabled tools strengthen transparency, accountability, and innovation in the public procurement process.

Work at the Procurement Service-DBM, including PhilGEPS and its regional depots, will be adopting a work-from-home arrangement on April 1, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon only. Suspension of work begins at 12 noon on April 1 until April 3, 2026, in observance of Holy Week 2026.

Regular operations will resume on Monday, April 6.

Effective March 16, 2026, agencies that have not yet registered in PhilGEPS may proceed with their registration through the official portal or through this link: https://philgeps.gov.ph/
