The benchmarking activity began at Imbang Pequeño Child Development Center, where the Child Development Workers from San Enrique, Iloilo, and Cuartero, Capiz observed best practices in early childhood care and education. The visit provided an opportunity to learn innovative teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, and effective child development practices that can be adapted in their respective Child Development Centers.💚

5 Nailcare specialist members of Surong 6 SLP Association were commissioned by the Municipality of San Enrique LGU to render manicure and pedicure services during the highlight celebration of the town’s “Kalamay Festival” pampering barangay officials from 28 barangays.

This is the second time that members of Surong 6 SLPA were tapped by the LGU during an important celebration, the first, during the Women’s Month last March 2026.

Hon. Vice Mayor Trixie Fernandez awarded the certificate of appreciation to the SLPA members at the conclusion of the day’s activity.

This social engagement activity is throught the office of the MSWDO under Ms. Regina Dativo.

48TH NATIONAL DISABILITY RIGHTS WEEK 2026

Celebrating abilities, promoting inclusion, and empowering every individual. 💙♿

The Municipality of San Enrique, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), proudly joins the observance of 48th National Disability Rights Week 2026. The activity brought together persons with disabilities, local officials, partners, and advocates in promoting awareness, equality, and the rights of every PWD in our community.

Thank you to our guest speakers, participants, and everyone who made this meaningful event a success. Together, let us continue to build a more inclusive, accessible, and compassionate San Enrique for all.

The DSWD SLP today July 7, 2026 holds the SLP re-orientation to Surong Agri-preneurs SLP Association, an association organized exclusively to BS Agriculture students of the said university.

This activity is in preparation for the releasing of the seed capital fund in the amount of ₱400,000.00 with fund source from the Program Convergence Budgeting (PCB) intended to food production / food security project for CY 2026 DSWD SLP implementation.

Presenting the ISUFST SE Campus are SLP Focals Ms. Myrna Prudente and Ms. Catherine Padilla, with MSWDO San Enrique under Ms. Regina Dativo was represented by SLP Focal Ms Rema Biñas.

The activity was organized and facilitated by DSWD SLP IPDO II Mr. Jerome Hugo and MPDOs Ms. Julie Ann Surmaco and Engr. Narlie Gajisan.
