The Local Government Unit of San Enrique deeply mourns the passing of ππ§π π«. πππ«π¦π’π₯ π. πππ₯πππ«π’ππ, our dedicated and steadfast Municipal Engineer.
Engr. Palabrica was more than a public servantβhe was a pillar of commitment, competence, and quiet strength in our local government. Through the years, he faithfully carried the responsibility of planning, building, and safeguarding the infrastructure that supports the daily lives of our people. Roads, public buildings, drainage systems, and countless development projects stand today as lasting testaments to his hard work and unwavering dedication.
He served with integrity, humility, and a deep sense of duty. Behind every completed project was his careful planning; behind every improvement in our municipality was his steady hand and professional expertise. He understood that engineering, at its core, is service to the communityβensuring safety, stability, and progress for present and future generations.
Beyond his technical skills, Engr. Palabrica will be remembered for his calm presence, his willingness to extend help, and his sincere concern for the welfare of San Enrique and its people. His loss is deeply felt not only within the walls of the Municipal Hall, but across the entire community he helped build and protect.
