Dear Kasimanwa,
This is more than just the end of a campaignโit is the beginning of a greater hope for San Enrique.
For too long, leadership in our municipality has been marked by fear instead of trust, by control instead of compassion, and by decisions made behind closed doors. Many have stayed silentโnot because they agreed, but because they were afraid to speak.
But the time has come for a new chapterโone defined not by power over the people, but by power with the people.

Our community has endured enough from an administration burdened with issues of corruption and a style of governance that silences rather than empowers. San Enrique deserves better. We deserve leadership that is transparent, accountable, and deeply rooted in the needs and hopes of every Tinobaganons.
If given the chance to serve, I will lead with humility and courageโguided not by politics, but by purpose. I commit to:
โข Expanding social welfare programs for our poor, elderly, and vulnerableโbecause no family should be neglected or left in the shadows.
โข Providing stronger support for our farmers and fisherfolkโso that they can thrive, not just survive.
โข Establishing our own San Enrique Water Districtโto secure clean, accessible water for every household, free from political manipulation or favoritism.
โข Constructing backup fire and police stations in Barangay Sibucaoโto strengthen safety and ensure no community is left unprotected, especially on the surrounding barangays.
โข Leading with inclusive and honest governanceโwhere consultations, transparency, and peopleโs voices are not only welcomed, but central to every decision.
This is not about one person. This is about all of us, reclaiming what good governance truly means. This is about restoring dignity, fairness, and service that puts people first.
