Above all, we thank the barangay officials, headed by Barangay Captain Ian Guillermo , for their invaluable support and for accommodating our request to conduct this lecture.

LOOK | BSPO Year-End Assessment 2025

The late conduct of the BSPO Year-End Assessment held last January 14, 2026 was successfully completed through the active participation and collaboration of our dedicated Barangay Service Point Officers. The activity served as a venue to assess accomplishments, strengthen camaraderie, and reinforce commitment to service.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Ms. Rose GraceJanuary Valera for effectively facilitating the team-building activities, and to Ms. May May Arlos Mosqueda for her valuable facilitation and support.

We also extend our sincere thanks to Ms. Sha Palmares for her inspiring presence and meaningful message.

Above all, we express our deepest appreciation to Mayor Sally Lopez for her presence, encouraging words, and unwavering support for BSPO activities.

Together, we continue to strengthen our commitment to quality service for the community.

📌 Capability Development on Mental Health for Peer Helpers and Teen Center Coordinators

The Provincial Population Office of the Municipality of San Dionisio successfully conducted a 2-Day Capability & Development (CapDev) on Mental Health for Peer Helpers and Teen Center Coordinators on December 22–23, 2025 at D’Buders Farm & Resort, Sara, Iloilo.
Participants included Peer Helpers and Teen Center Coordinators from Nicomedes R. Tubar Sr. National High School and Carlos Lopez National High School.

The first day focused on an in-depth lecture on Mental Health, while the second day highlighted team-building activities aimed at strengthening collaboration, resilience, and peer support.

We sincerely thank Mr. Jemar Harold Jison, our Resource Speaker on Mental Health, for sharing his expertise and valuable insights. We are also grateful for the presence and inspirational messages of Atty. Ruel Von D. Superio, Provincial Population Officer; Ms. Janel T. Alegata, Field Operations Division Chief; and Ms. Maria Shalene P. Hidalgo, Development Management Division Chief.

Special thanks to our District Supervisor Rose Grace January V. Azucena and the PPO I’s of District V for their assistance and facilitation throughout the activity.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Hon. Mayor Sally A. Lopez for the financial support that made this activity possible.

Lastly, we extend our gratitude to the Teen Center Coordinators—Sir Ricky Joy Galila and Ma’am Florida Somera—and to all Peer Helpers for their active participation and commitment during the 2-day CapDev.

This activity highlights our continuous commitment to maintaining accurate, organized, and reliable population data that serves as the foundation for effective local planning and development.

The Provincial Population Office-Municipality of San Dionisio, with the Barangay Service Point Officers (BSPOs), in partnership with the Barangay Council and dedicated volunteers of Brgy. Poblacion, and DOLE TUPAD beneficiaries, joined forces for a meaningful coastal clean-up drive- showing unity in action for a cleaner & greener community!

Special thanks to Mayor Sally Lopez for her full support, and to Barangay Captain Erwin Kim Posadas for graciously allowing us to carry out this initiative. Thank you also to SB Rowena Lucero for generously sharing an amount
for the snacks.
