Work in all local and national government agencies and offices in San Carlos City, Negros Occiental shall be suspended from 3pm today until tomorrow.
This shall allow government workers to prepare for the impacts of Tropical Depression “Basyang”, which may bring heavy rain and strong wind within our area of responsibility.
However, those in the government essential and emergency management agencies shall continue to render their services and must remain unhampered.
