Mas pinaigting ng City Veterinary Office ng San Carlos, Pangasinan ang libreng pagbabakuna kontra Rabies para sa mga alagang a*o at pusa.
Narito ang mga barangay na kanilang pupuntahan.

Ihanda po ang inyong mga alagang a*o at pusa upang sila ay mabakunahan at mapanatiling ligtas ang ating komunidad at ang ating pamilya laban sa Rabies.

Sabay-sabay nating pangalagaan ang kalusugan ng ating mga alaga at ng buong komunidad. San Carlos Maunlad at Maayos!

💛💚FINAL REDUCED FIESTA SCHEDULE 💚💛Dahil sa epekto ng patuloy na tensyon sa pagitan ng mga rehiyon at bilang pagtalima sa umiiral na pambansang kautusan, ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ay may ipapabatid na pagbabago sa kinaugaliang pagdiriwang ng city fiesta ngayong taon at mga direktiba kaugnay ng mga programa at kapistahan sa ating mga barangay bilang bahagi ng ating pagsusumikap na maibsan ang sitwasyon at bigyang prayoridad ang mga inisyatibong makakapagpabuti sa kalagayan ng bawat isa.

MANGO BAMBOO FESTIVAL 2026; Mula sa orihinal na nakaplanong dalawampu’t dalawang programa, ay anim na lamang ang matutuloy sa mga ito. Kabilang na diyan ang

1. Ms. San Carlos City 2026
2. Opening Parade and Mangga-wayan Streetdancing
3. Mass Wedding
4. Agew na Kalangwaran
5. Bamboohan ed Baley 2026
6. Grand Ball and Coronation Night.

Ang pagkansela sa labing anim na programa ng Mango Bamboo Festival 2026 ay pagtalima sa direktiba ng Malacañang upang makatipid ang gobyerno sa enerhiya na naglalayong makabawas ng nasa 70% sa kabuuang konsumo sa kuryente at korudo kumpara kung ito ay itutuloy. Nais din gawin ng Lokal na Pamahalaan na mas maging makabuluhan ang kanselasyong ito sa pamamagitan ng pagawa ng mga programang tatalima sa pangangailangan ng ating siyudad bilang paghahanda sa nagbabadyang mas matinding hinaharap ng ating bansa.

Sa kabila ng ilang pagbabago, nananatili pa rin ang ating hangaring bigyang-halaga ang diwa ng mga tradisyong ito. Kung kaya’t ang mga piling aktibidad na parte na ng ating tradisyon at mga aktibidad na nangangailangan sa pagtupad sa mga legal na pananagutan na nakapaloob sa ilang mga kasunduang nilakdaan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan bago pa man din ang deklarasyon ng “State of National Energy Emergency”, Executive Order No. 110, s. 2026. ay itutuloy.

Para naman sa Lokal na Pamahalaan, ang REDUCED FIESTA na magaganap hanggang Abril 18 marahil ang huling malakihang progama na gaganapin para taong ito at lubos na tutuon sa ibang mga programang makakatulong para sa ating mga kababayan.

Hinihingi namin ang pang-unawa, suporta at pakikiisa ng mga minamahal naming mga kababayan sa pagkakataong ito. Bilang iisang komunidad tayo’y magkaisa at magdasal para sa kaligtasan ng bawat isa at sa kapayapaang ninanais ng buong mundo.

Maraming salamat po at nawa’y patuloy tayong magtulungan at magkaisa para sa mapayapa at maayos na bukas.

LIBRENG ANIMAL HEALTH SERVICES, TAGUMPAY NA ISINAGAWA SA SAN CARLOS CITY, PANGASINAN! 🐶🐱💉

Sa pakikiisa sa Rabies Awareness Month ngayong Marso na may temang “Rabies-free na pusa at a*o, kaligtasan ng pamilyang Pilipino,” matagumpay na nagsagawa ang City Veterinary Office ng San Carlos City katuwang ang Provincial Veterinary Office ng Pangasinan ng libreng serbisyong pangkalusugan para sa ating mga alagang a*o at pusa.

Umabot sa 132 a*o at pusa ang na-castrate, 51 ang nabakunahan laban sa rabies, at mahigit 50 ang nabigyan ng deworming.

Ang programang ito ay pinangunahan sa suporta nina City Mayor Julier “Ayoy” Resuello at Gov. Ramon “Mon-Mon” Guico III, bilang patunay ng kanilang malasakit sa kalusugan ng mga alagang hayop at kaligtasan ng bawat pamilyang Pilipino.

Patuloy nating pangalagaan ang ating mga alaga, protektahan ang pamilya, pabakunahan ang alaga! 🐾💚💛

The 93rd PVMA Philippine Veterinary Medical Association Convention Scientific Conference and Annual Convention held in Iloilo City from February 18–20, 2026, was truly a milestone event for the Veterinary Community in the Philippines. A perfectly captured our shared vision for the future of the profession.

It was an insightful and inspiring experience bringing together Veterinary professionals to exchange knowledge, explore industry advancements, and reaffirm our commitment to animal health and welfare. Grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow alongside some of the best in the field.
