On the month-long celebration of women’s month, I congratulate all our awardees. Women nowadays have proven that they could be at par or even better than their male counterparts. Hindi lingid sa karamihan ang nagagawa ng mga kababaihan sa panahon ngayon, kaya naman ang kakayahan ng ating mga kababaihan sa pambansang pulisya ay napakalaking tulong lalo na sa mga babae at mga bata na madalas ay binibiktima ng masasamang-loob.

Natutuwa ako sa mga ipinamalas ninyong katapatan, kasipagan at kahusayan sa trabaho na nagdala sa inyo sa kung saan kayo ngayon. Ipagpatuloy ninyo ang inyong nasimulan at maging mga ehemplo ng inyong kapwa pulis at sa inyong komunidad.
