We successfully concluded our Barangay Assembly today headed by Punong Barangay Franciso C. Primo

Thanks to our Guests and Visitors: Municipal Councilor Jenor Sollegue and Philippine Army Thankyou so much sir for visiting our brgy.

Grateful also to everyone who participated, shared their concerns, and contributed to the planning of our community’s future. Transparency and accountability remain our top priorities as we move forward together.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cabcab collaborated with the Barangay Council, BHWs, BNS, Barangay Aides, 4P’s and Tanods for this month’s BarKaDa clean-up drive. This activity underscores our commitment to the national government’s movement for a cleaner, more orderly, and sustainable community. Together, we uphold the spirit of shared responsibility for our environment.

The Barangay Council of Cabcab together with the Sangguniang Kabataan, Barangay Aides, BHW, BNS, 4P’s member and Barangay Tanod, actively participated in clearing and maintaining cleanliness along barangay roads to ensure safe, accessible, and orderly public spaces pursuant to DILG M.C. 2024-053.

As we welcome a brand-new year, the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Cabcab, San Andres, Catanduanes looks back with gratitude and moves forward with renewed hope and commitment. The year 2025 has taught us valuable lessons about leadership, unity, and service, and as we step into 2026, we carry these lessons with us as we continue to serve the youth of our barangay with dedication and integrity.

As one community, let us face the challenges of 2026 with courage, cooperation, and compassion. May this year be filled with growth, meaningful service, and shared success for our barangay.

Today, we honor the life, courage, and legacy of Dr. José Rizal, whose words and ideals ignited the flame of freedom, nationalism, and love for our country. His sacrifice reminds us that true change begins with education, integrity, and service to the people.

As the youth of Barangay Cabcab, may we continue to embody Rizal’s values by standing for truth, justice, and responsible leadership, using our voices and actions to build a better future for our community and our nation.

As we celebrate this joyful season, we are reminded of the true meaning of Christmas with love, unity, gratitude, and service to one another. May this time bring warmth to every home, peace to every heart, and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Cabcab, San Andres, Catanduanes extends our heartfelt Christmas greetings to all our fellow youth, families, and the entire community. May we continue to stand together, support one another, and share kindness not only this season but throughout the coming year.
