The Barangay Council of Brgy. Bislig, together with SK Chairperson Hon. Andrea Mikaela Ortiz, attended a 3-day seminar with the theme “Shaping the Future: Strategic Project Management and Development in Action“ held from March 4–6, 2026.

The seminar emphasized the importance of collective commitment in strengthening innovative project management and sustainable development strategies to further improve community programs and initiatives.

The activity was conducted at the Casablanca Convention Hall, Peñaranda, Legazpi City, organized by the Bicol Center for Reform and Management Services, aiming to equip local leaders with knowledge and skills that will contribute to the continuous progress and development of our communities.

Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Bislig Officers Regular Session - March 2026

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Bislig successfully held its March Regular Session through a Messenger video call. The meeting was led by SK Chairperson Hon. Andrea Mikaela Ortiz, together with the SK Members.

During the session, the council talked about the planned activities for the upcoming Barangay Fiesta and shared updates regarding the Approved Annual Budget.

The meeting served as an opportunity for the officers to exchange ideas, strengthen coordination, and work together in planning initiatives that will benefit the youth of Brgy. Bislig.

𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧 𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗞 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗥𝗢 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Narito ang ulat ng mga naging accomplishments ng mga SK Council sa lalawigan ng Catanduanes para sa buong buwan ng Pebrero. Ang mga datos na ito ay mula sa official consolidated submissions ng mga SK Municipal Federation Offices, na batay din sa mga inilathalang aktibidad sa kani-kanilang official pages ng mga SK Council.

𝗦𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗸𝘂𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁: 11 out of 11 SK Municipal Federation Offices ang nakapagsumite ng kanilang consolidated reports. Ibig sabihin nito na lahat ng munisipyo sa lalawigan ay nakapag-submit ng kanilang reports sa itinakdang petsa at oras.

• Ang ilang barangay na nakategorize bilang “Non-Compliant” ay maaaring dulot ng mga sumusunod na sitwasyon:
