“Unity in Planning, Progress for All”
Despite the challenges brought by Typhoon Opong, the Municipality of San Andres, Quezon successfully conducted its Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) Workshop on September 24–26, 2025. Guided by DILG personnel as resource speakers, the Local Chief Executive, Vice Mayor and members of the Sangguniang Bayan, together with Local Department Heads and National Government Agency Heads, worked hand in hand in setting the municipality’s development direction.
Priority Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for the next three (3) years were identified across the five key planning development sectors — Social, Economic, Environment, Infrastructure, and Institutional — including capacity development agenda needs, ensuring continuous progress and sustainable development for San Andres and its people.
