Under the leadership of Mayor Nicolas Alameda, CE, MPA, the Municipal Government of San Agustin was honored to welcome Mayor Jelio Val C. Laurente, Vice Mayor Ira Pimentel, and the officials and technical team of the Municipal Government of Tago for a benchmarking activity focused on our Bulk Water Supply and Water System Operations.

The visit provided a valuable platform to showcase our local initiatives, share practical experiences, and exchange best practices, underscoring our commitment to delivering sustainable, efficient, and reliable water services.

Such collaborative engagements not only strengthen ties with neighboring municipalities but also advance innovative and forward-looking governance, ultimately enhancing the quality of services for our constituents.

‼️Strengthening partnerships for a more productive and sustainable agriculture sector‼️

In the recent effort of Mayor Nicolas O. Alameda, CE, MPA reaching out to the Department of Agriculture Provincial Office to discuss opportunities that will benefit our local farmers and agricultural communities. Today during the meeting, the Provincial Office presented the Vegetable Infra-Belt Project—an initiative aimed at enhancing vegetable production through improved infrastructure, support systems, and strategic development across key farming areas.

This collaboration reflects the local government’s continued commitment to empowering farmers, boosting food security, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for our communities. With strong partnerships and shared goals, we move closer toward a more resilient and thriving agricultural sector.
