The two-day Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) of Real Properties for the Island Garden City of Samal, held on March 12–13, 2026, marked a significant milestone in promoting transparency, accountability, and participatory governance in local fiscal administration. Spearheaded by Engr. John Kenneth D. Enumerables, REA, EnP, together with the dedicated officers and staff of the City Assessor’s Office of the Island Garden City of Samal, the consultation served as an essential platform for stakeholders, property owners, and community representatives to engage in meaningful dialogue regarding the proposed valuation framework for real properties across the island
