BANGKA NYO, IPA REHISTRO!

Ang Safety, Security and Environmental Numbering (SSEN) System ay isa sa mga mandato ng Philippine Coast Guard upang pigilan ang anumang illegal na pagpasok at aktibidad sa pamamagitan ng pagpaparehistro ng kanilang mga Bangka sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng Coast Guard.

Patuloy na pinaiigting ng CGS IGACOS ang maritime security nito para sa kaligtasan ng mga Samalenyo.

Umabot ng isang libo tatlong daan at sampong (1310) bangka ang narehistro simula noong 2019 hanggang sa kasalukuyan. Umabot naman sa isang daan at labing syam (119) ang na irehistro ngayong taon.

Nanatiling MASIGASIG ang CGS IGACOS upang mas dumami pa ang ma rehistro na mga bangka sa isla.

RESORT INSPECTIONS IN SAMAL ISLAND

LOOK: Coast Guard Sub-Station Babak (CGSS Babak) personnel conducted Recreational Safety Enforcement Inspection (RSEI) to Paul Beach Resorts on 29 August 2023.

The said inspection is in compliance with National Headquarters PCG Memorandum Circular number 03-14 that mandates the Guidelines for Safety and Security Requirements of Coastal and Beach Resorts and Vessels with Pool Facilities Including Qualification and Requirements of Lifeguards for the Promotion of Life at Sea.

During the inspection CGSS Babak checked if the resort has certified lifeguards, enough life saving equipments, swimming buoys and other safety precautions during their operations.

Said inspection is carried out by the qualified inspectors to ensure the safety of beach goers in the Island.

CGS IGACOS will continue to enforce it's mandated functions for the promotion of Safety of Life at Sea.
