The Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay Bagtong Salcedo Eastern Samar headed by Hon. Rosel Berongoy , SK Chairperson together with his active councils & Appointed successfully distributed the school supplies to Daycare, Kinder, Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School and College Students residing in Brgy. Bagtong, Salcedo Eastern Samar today.

A total of 523 students one pack each of school supplies solely taken from the allotted SK fund for this year.

Please be informed that the Municipality of Salcedo hereby announces the Official posting of Executive Order No. 37, s. of 2026. Issued by the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Salcedo, certain activities for our upcoming Patronal Fiesta this May 19-20, 2026, are officially CANCELLED or RESTRICTED.

This order directs the Restriction & Cancellation of all non-essential, high – cost and energy consuming activities This may include:

𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟L𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
a. Barangay & SK Nights, and Loud musical performers.
b. Street dancing competition, Parades and Caravans
c. Extravagant fairs, Pageant and Beauty Contest
d. Sports Tournaments. (Basketball, Volleyball)

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗘𝗗?
Following Section 6 of the Municipal EO, celebrations are limited to one (1) day only and shall focus strictly on Essential Religious Observances, such as:
