Salay Community College (SACC) formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental for the implementation of the SACC-Midwifery Internship Program, marking a significant step in strengthening clinical training and professional development opportunities for aspiring midwives.

The MOA Signing Ceremony was held on May 29, 2026 at the SACC Midwifery Laboratory, Poblacion, Salay, Misamis Oriental.

Present during the signing were Governor Juliette Uy, Mayor Jay Vincent Capistrano, Dr. Vincent Padilla, College President, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, SACC instructors, and 3rd Year Midwifery students.

This partnership reflects the shared commitment of SACC and the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental to provide quality experiential learning, enhance studentsโ€™ clinical competencies, and prepare future healthcare professionals to serve communities with excellence, compassion, and integrity.

We extends our appreciation to the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental and all stakeholders whose support continues to advance quality healthcare education and community service.
