The City Government of Sagay is conducting a Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for the calendar years 2028–2030.
This is in compliance with Republic Act 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA). This is your opportunity to understand how land and building valuations are being updated and how they affect our community’s growth.
