Being prepared for emergencies is not just important, it can save lives. In line with the observance of Fire Prevention Month, Lopez Sugar Corporation successfully conducted a company-wide fire drill to strengthen awareness, readiness, and safety across our operations.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the dedicated efforts of our Environment and Safety Compliance Department, the commitment of our fire volunteers, the invaluable support of Lopez Sugar Management and the Sagay City Bureau of Fire Protection, and the active participation of all Lopez Sugar employees.

Last January 31, 2026, at around 10:00 PM, a sudden flash flood struck Barangays Paraiso and Fabrica, affecting Lopez Sugar Corporation and neighboring communities.

From flood level monitoring and timely updates to early warnings, rescue operations, clean water assistance, and clearing of affected areas, LSC Fire Volunteers, Environment and Safety Compliance Department, and Lopez Sugar Corporation Management continue to live out our commitment to social responsibility and humanitarian service. Proud to serve, protect, and stand with our community!

Water Relief Amid Typhoon Tino 💧
Due to the impact of Typhoon Tino, water supply in some areas of Paraiso and Fabrica was temporarily interrupted.
Through the support of Lopez Sugar Corporation Management, the Environment and Safety Compliance Department, and our dedicated LSC Fire Volunteers, we were able to deliver clean water and respond to the urgent needs of our neighboring communities.
