LOCAL NEWS FLASH: SK Bato at Sagay Youth Leadership Forum

Sagay City — Among the 26 participating youth organizations that gathered for the GK BeAHero Youth Leadership Forum, one of the notable representatives under the Sagay City SK Federation was SK Bato, standing proudly alongside fellow youth leaders from across the city.

With around 500 young leaders united in one venue, SK Bato joined discussions, exchanges, and collaborative spaces that centered on leadership, civic responsibility, and youth-driven nation-building. Their presence reflected the active and growing commitment of barangay-level youth leaders in shaping community development from the ground up.

Backed by the collective support of the Sagay City SK Federation, the forum highlighted how local SK units like SK Bato are not just participants—but active builders of a stronger and more connected Sagay youth movement.

As conversations turned into commitments and ideas turned into action points, SK Bato stood firm in representing grassroots youth leadership: grounded, engaged, and ready to serve.

Because when young leaders rise together, communities don’t just grow—they transform.

SK NEWSFLASH | Oplan Paglilingkod Wrap-Up 📢

Today’s Oplan Paglilingkod was successfully carried out, bringing essential services closer to the people of Brgy. Bato. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Local Government Unit headed by Mayor Bebo Cueva, Vice Mayor Narwin Javelosa, the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members, and all the dedicated personnel who made this initiative possible—our hardworking nurses, doctors, barangay health workers, the 79th Infantry Battalion, agriculture office, social workers, civil registry team, volunteers, and every individual who rendered their time and service for the community.

This would not have been possible without the leadership of our Barangay Captain, Kap Bigboy Javelosa, who oversaw the entire operation and ensured its success. Indeed, today was a testament to genuine public service—libre nga serbisyo nga para sa tanan. 💙

The activity gathered young children of Barangay Bato for a morning of fun games and shared laughter, giving everyone a chance to enjoy, participate, and be part of the celebration.☺

A simple yet meaningful way to bring smiles and good vibes to the kabataan of Barangay Bato.
