The SK Council of Malubon, represented by SK Secretary Vic O. Baring, is taking the lead in capacity building! They attended a power-packed seminar on R.A No. 12009, the New Government Procurement Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, held at Acacia Hotel Bacolod City on March 5-6, 2026.

With this strategic move, they're gearing up to drive progress and innovation in Malubon and beyond, setting the stage for a brighter future for their barangay and the entire community.
