MR SIA Implementation Monitoring & Vaccine Hesitancy Advocacy

DOH NIR and Health Promotion Bureau teams conducted MR SIA implementation monitoring and advocacy activities in Brgy. Poblacion 1, Rizal; Poblacion 2; Brgy. Plaridel, Talusan; and Brgy. Vito.

The activity was led by the advocacy team headed by Dr. Aldrin Ikher Bandiola, with Kathleen Anne Medina, Juvy Faith Zerna, Nashon Manzano, and Christopher Jon Gaw Put, together with the monitoring team headed by Candelaria P. Salem, Kevin Keith Ibaรฑez, and Riselyn B. Arimas.

Another productive day of MR SIA (Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity) Implementation Monitoring in the communities of Brgys. Old Sagay, Poblacion 1, Poblacion 2, Rizal, Lopez Jaena, and Bato. ๐Ÿ’‰โค๏ธ

Our monitoring team, together with DMO Candelaria P. Salem and DOH NIR Representatives Karen C. Tapia, Althea D. Ledesma, and Arvi John Villanueva, continues to closely monitor the implementation and support our local health teams on the ground.

We are grateful for the valuable support of the LGU Sagay and all our dedicated health workers and partners who are working together to ensure that every eligible child is reached and protected.

The Sagay City Primary Care Facility extends its heartfelt gratitude for the successful conduct of the Mid-Year Program Implementation Review (PIR). This significant activity served as an opportunity to assess our accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen our commitment to delivering quality, accessible, and responsive health services to the people of Sagay City.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Dr. Oscar B. Jimenea, City Health Officer and Ma'am Maita M. Hansen, RN, for their exemplary leadership, unwavering guidance, and steadfast support in ensuring the success of this undertaking. We are also grateful to Ma'am Candelaria P. Salem, RN, MN for her invaluable technical assistance, expertise, and continuous encouragement throughout the review process.

We also extend our deepest appreciation to all Program Managers/Coordinators, and Midwives whose dedication, hard work, and commitment in preparing reports, sharing insights, and actively participating made this activity productive and meaningful. Your collective efforts continue to strengthen our local health system and improve the delivery of health programs and services.
