The Sagay City Primary Care Facility extends its heartfelt gratitude for the successful conduct of the Mid-Year Program Implementation Review (PIR). This significant activity served as an opportunity to assess our accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen our commitment to delivering quality, accessible, and responsive health services to the people of Sagay City.
Our sincere appreciation goes to Dr. Oscar B. Jimenea, City Health Officer and Ma'am Maita M. Hansen, RN, for their exemplary leadership, unwavering guidance, and steadfast support in ensuring the success of this undertaking. We are also grateful to Ma'am Candelaria P. Salem, RN, MN for her invaluable technical assistance, expertise, and continuous encouragement throughout the review process.
We also extend our deepest appreciation to all Program Managers/Coordinators, and Midwives whose dedication, hard work, and commitment in preparing reports, sharing insights, and actively participating made this activity productive and meaningful. Your collective efforts continue to strengthen our local health system and improve the delivery of health programs and services.
Our heartfelt thanks are likewise extended to City Mayor Leo Rafael M. Cueva for his unwavering support of the City's health initiatives and to SP Committee on Health Chairperson Dr. Mel Alexis T. Serondo for continuously advocating programs that promote the health and well-being of every Sagaynanon.
