Our Story
YAPANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL·THURSDAY, 13 AUGUST 2020·
This school was built intended for Mt. Pinatubo victims from Region III (Zambales, Tarlac and Pampanga) who resettled in Sitio Yapang-Batongbuhay, Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro in 1992 and most considered it their permanent home. This school provided opportunity for pioneer settlers in area to send theirs children to school both new and t

hose who stopped schooling due to poverty and mostly nearby schools will take more than 2 hrs journey. Many graduates from this school since it started have different journeys in their lives, some live and work in different countries and even in different provinces and cities within the country. People in the community are like one big happy family, people know each other and that is what make each student journey a success. It takes a village to raise a child - African proverb
