This February, The Municipal Civil Registry Office of Sablan will implement FREE REGISTRATION of delayed birth, marriage and death.
FOR those incoming senior citizen this year who are born in the Municipality of Sablan may request free copy of their birth certificate as a requirement for OSCA ID.
