Attention to all Kabataan of Barangay Lucban, who previously submitted the BRO-profiling are advised to prepare and submit the required documents for the BROEd Scholarship.
Please be guided by the following instructions:
1. Applicants must submit the following documents together with the printed BRO-Ed Application Form:
a. Letter addressed to the Governor stating the studentโs full name, course, year level, school, reason for applying, and justification for being deserving of a scholarship.
b. Assessment or Enrollment Form (1st Semester, A.Y. 2025โ2026)
c. Certificate of Indigency
d. Grades
โข For first-year students: Grade 12 Report Card (Photocopy)
โข For higher-year students: Certificate of Grades for 2nd Semester A.Y. 2024โ2025 (original copy, signed and stamped or sealed by the school)
e. 2x2 ID picture
f. Voterโs Certificate
2. Submission
Completed application forms and documentary requirements shall be submitted to the Barangay hall of Lucban starting January 7 and the deadline is January 9, 2026, 2pm.
3. Final Endorsement
The LYDO or SK Federation President shall consolidate and submit all applications and supporting documents to the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO).
Note:
Students under the categories "Additional", "Old Non-Marginalized", and "Old Marginalized" who have already completed their renewal through the BRO-Ed Portal are no longer required to submit documentary requirements.
To all OLD scholars who have already renewed through the BRO-Ed portal but are not included in the list, please do not worry. Your renewal application is already being processed and verified through the BRO-Ed system.
The PYDO will still consider their submissions and qualifications upon validation based on the following priority ranking, for budget consideration:
1. Renewal/Old Scholars
2. Profiled and Validated from RSBSA/PESO List
3. Profiled and Validated NON-RSBSA/PESO Applicants
