โThe Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program is a dual-component intervention: (1) Educational Assistance through the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars, which provides financial support to deserving and outstanding incoming fourth-year college students; and (2) Assistance for Barangay-Identified Development Priorities, which enables barangays to select and implement priority development interventions aligned with their immediate operational and community needs.

โIt is a strategic grassroots program directed by President Bongbong Marcos (BBM) to fast-track essential services, invest in the youth, and equip local leaders with the necessary capital to address community needs and frontline service delivery challenges.

โโข Incoming fourth-year college student for SY 2026-2027.
โโข Must be from a vulnerable household or risk of dropping out.
โโข Priority is given to families where no member has yet completed tertiary education.
โโข Must not be a beneficiary of 4Ps.
โโข The student must be a resident of the selecting Barangay.
โ(Note: Students studying in universities outside the city jurisdiction are still eligible, provided they are residents of the barangay).

โIf no 4th-year students are available, the barangay may consider:
โโข Incoming 3rd-year college students.
โTESDA scholars with a national certificate.
โโข Students in 5th or 6th year, provided they are graduating in SY 2026-2027.

โโข Five (5) beneficiaries per barangay will receive PhP20,000 each, to serve as a "finisher fund" to ensure they reach graduation.

โโข 2 photocopies of the student's Registration Form/Certificate of Enrollment for the School Year 2026 - 2027
