The 𝙎𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙏𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝙎𝙏𝙊), 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙯 successfully 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙗𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙮𝙨 for various public school sites across the province. This activity is part of DepEd’s continuing efforts to 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐒𝐓𝐎) 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐳 conducted Day One of the Capacity Building on School Sites Titling for the second batch of Administrative Officer II and School Coordinators on October 29, 2025, held at the Circulo Convention Center, Pueblo de Panay Township, Brgy. Lawa-an, Roxas City, Capiz.

Participants came from the districts of 𝐂𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨, 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐨, 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠, 𝐃𝐚𝐨, 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧, 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐨 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭, 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐨 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐳 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐳 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭, showing their strong commitment to supporting the ongoing School Sites Titling Program of the Division.

𝐌𝐬. 𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐢 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐥-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢ñ𝐚𝐬, Land Management Officer I, served as the guest speaker and discussed the Processing and Issuance of Special Patents for Public School Sites under Republic Act No. 10023. She thoroughly explained the step-by-step procedures and requirements, providing participants with a clearer understanding of the land titling process.

An open forum followed the discussion, where 𝐌𝐬. 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢ñ𝐚𝐬 answered participants’ questions and shared valuable insights from her field experience. The session highlighted the Division’s continuous efforts to capacitate its personnel in ensuring the proper documentation and titling of public school sites across Capiz.

𝐎𝐧𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧, Deputy Register of Deeds II, served as guest speakers during the second day of the Capacity Building on School Sites Titling. They presented a detailed discussion on the Process of Registration and Transfer of Certificates of Title Covering School Sites, emphasizing the legal procedures, documentary requirements, and coordination among concerned agencies to ensure an efficient titling process. Their presentation provided valuable insights that helped participants better understand the crucial steps in securing land ownership for public schools.

Sites Titling Office – Division of Capiz Leads Capacity Building for School Sites Titling

The Sites Titling Office of the Division of Capiz conducted the Capacity Building on School Sites Titling for the first batch of Administrative Officer II/School Coordinators on October 27, 2025 (Day One) at
Circulo Convention Center, Pueblo de Panay Township,
Brgy. Lawa-an, Roxas City, Capiz

The activity brought together Administrative Officer II/School Coordinators from the districts of Panay, Panitan, Maayon, Pontevedra, Pilar, President Roxas, Ivisan, Sigma, and Sapian, as well as representatives from Capiz National High School. Their participation demonstrated strong support for the Sites Titling Program and a shared commitment to securing legal ownership and proper documentation of school sites across the division.

The capacity building aimed to enhance the participants’ knowledge of the processes, requirements, and responsibilities involved in school site titling, equipping them to assist in the smooth implementation of the program in their respective districts and schools.
