🌊💙The Ocean Called, We Answered! 📞👮
In celebration of World Oceans Day 2026, the personnel of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Roxas City Jail Female Dormitory proudly took part in a coastal clean-up activity, proving that service extends beyond our walls and reaches our environment.
Armed with determination, teamwork, and a shared commitment to protect our nature,
Roxas City Jail Female Dormitory personnel joined hands in clearing coastal areas of waste and promoting awareness on the importance of preserving our oceans. Every piece of trash collected is a step toward cleaner shores, healthier marine life, and a greener future for all.
This activity serves as a reminder that protecting our oceans is a responsibility we all share. Through simple acts of care and collective action, we can make a lasting impact on the environment and inspire others to do the same.

As students return to school, 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐈 joins the nationwide campaign in promoting dengue prevention and awareness to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive learning environment for everyone.
We encourage parents, students, teachers, and communities to work together in preventing the spread of dengue, especially during the rainy season.
🎒 Before heading back to school, remember to:
✅ Eliminate stagnant water around homes and school premises.
✅ Wear long sleeves and use mosquito repellents when necessary.
✅ Observe the 4 O'Clock Habit and keep surroundings clean daily.
✅ Seek immediate medical attention when experiencing symptoms such as high fever, headache, body pain, and rashes.
✅ Participate in school and community clean-up drives.
A clean and safe environment helps protect our learners and ensures that education continues without interruption.
This school year, let us make health and safety a priority. Together, we can keep our schools dengue-free and our children protected.

🌊🌎 WORLD OCEAN DAY 2026 🌎🌊

In observance of World Ocean Day 2026, personnel from the BJMP Provincial Jail Administrator's Office Capiz headed by JSINSP MA EDELIA P FANTILAGA, together with the Mambusao District Jail, Roxas City Jail – Male Dormitory and Roxas City Jail – Female Dormitory, actively participated in the Coastal Clean-up Activity conducted in partnership with SM City Roxas.

The activity underscores the Bureau's commitment to environmental stewardship and collective action in preserving our marine ecosystems. 📚🏫 BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 🏫📚

In support of the Department of Education's Brigada Eskwela 2026, BJMP Provincial Jail Administrator's Office (PJAO) Capiz headed by JSINSP MA EDELIA P FANTILAGA, together with the Roxas City Jail – Male Dormitory and Roxas City Jail – Female Dormitory, actively participated in the clean-up, repair, and preparation of school facilities to ensure a safe, conducive, and welcoming learning environment for students as they embark on another academic year.

This collective effort reflects the Bureau's commitment to community engagement, volunteerism, and nation-building through meaningful partnerships that contribute to the welfare of the youth and the education sector.

𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱.

SJO2 Aldrin T Agdalipe, UVRO facilitated a 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 for the personnel of Mambusao District Jail, focusing on the national hallmark “𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗼” with emphasis on 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. He gathered the available personnel and presented a documentary that explored the theme. JO1 Mark Anthony Flores expanded on the discussion, highlighting that purposefulness is deeply connected to faith. He explained that each individual is destined for a greater purpose, though it may take time to fully recognize it. Along the journey, people may pursue temporary goals that later reveal themselves as stepping stones within God’s plan, ultimately guiding and preparing them toward the true purpose intended for their lives.

As part of our commitment to delivering excellent public service, this week's Values Restoration Program (VRP) highlights the value of 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬—the driving force behind meaningful and impactful service. In line with this value, the successful conduct of the monthly rank inspection led by 𝗦𝗝𝗢𝟰 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗕 𝗕𝗼𝗯𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝗿., Unit Executive Senior Jail Officer of the facility, under the guidance and leadership of the Jail Warden, 𝗝𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗨𝗦 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗥 𝗩 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗭, 𝗠𝗘, serves as a significant accomplishment that reflects our shared commitment to 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺.
