Examinees of the 10 August 2025 CSE-PPT who are qualified for the grant of CSE-PR (Professional and Sub-Professional levels) are reminded that the deadline for filing of applications is on 24 April 2026.

Qualified examinees may submit their applications at any of our CSC Field Offices in (1) Kalibo, Aklan, (2) Bacolod City, (3) Jordan, Guimaras, (4) Roxas City, (5) Sibalom, Antique and at the CSC Regional Office No. VI. Applications filed after the said deadline shall not be accepted.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) will implement a Compressed Workweek Arrangement in its Central, Regional, and Field Offices to conserve energy and reduce operational costs while ensuring continuous public service.

Starting 16 March, CSC offices will be open Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

For those who will be taking the Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for both Professional and Sub-professional levels on 08 March 2026, please be guided by these reminders.

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. VI (CSC RO VI) announces the use of the CSC eSERVE as our new online appointment system.

Clients who wish to avail of the following services at the Regional Office, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, are advised to book their slots through the said system:

β€’Issuance and authentication of Certificate of Eligibility
β€’Application for the grant of Special Eligibility (Honor Graduate, Brgy. Official, CSE-PR, etc.)
β€’Application for COMEX (Professional and Sub-Professional Levels)

Here are the steps to book an appointment via the CSC eSERVE:

1. Access the site and click the Sign up button.
2. Fill out the form by providing all the required information and click the Register button. A confirmation of registration will be sent to the email address used for validation.
3. Access the home page of the site and log-in using the registered email and password.
4. Click the Services tab and choose the region (Region VI), location (CSC Regional Office VI) and the service to be availed, using the dropdown list. Select the preferred date and time of the transaction.
5. Accomplish the application form and confirm the details of the request.
6. A copy of the confirmation receipt will be sent to the registered email address. Print or screenshot the booking receipt and submit it together with the necessary documentary requirements on the scheduled date and time at the CSC RO VI, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

In view of the conduct of CSC RO VI Year-End Activities (GEDSI Summit, 2025 Year-End Performance Assessment and 2026 Strategic Planning, PINTIG ng CSC RO VI and HOPE General Assemblies, PRAISE Awarding, and Yuletide Activity), the Regional Office and its Field Offices will only accommodate receiving of transactions on 09-12 December 2025.

Regular transactions will resume on 15 December 2025 (Monday).

The Civil Service Commission Field Office Capiz will begin accepting applications for the March 8, 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) starting November 3, 2025 to November 28, 2025.

πŸ—“οΈ Appointment Scheduling System
To ensure an orderly filing process, an appointment scheduling system will be implemented.
- The Online Scheduling System is now active, allowing applicants to book slots from November 3 to 28, 2025. Access to the eServe Portal http://services.csc.gov.phwill be available starting November 1, 2025.

πŸ“Œ Application Requirements
Applicants must bring the following on the day of their confirmed appointment:
- Printed application form
-Photocopy of Valid ID
- Four (4) passport-size photos (with name tag and signature)
- Examination fee

Please be informed that work and office operations at the CSC Field Office – Capiz are suspended today until tomorrow due to Typhoon Tino and the inclement weather conditions affecting the province. This suspension is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and clients.

However, please note that the filing of applications for the March 8, 2026 Career Service Examinations – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) will continue through the CSC eServe system. You may book your appointment online and are advised to stay updated for announcements regarding the acceptance of appointments once office operations resume.

In light of the expected adverse weather conditions brought about by Severe Tropical Storm Tino (Kalmaegi), the Civil Service Commission Regional Office VI, including the Iloilo and Guimaras Field Offices, shall be on Flexible Work Arrangement on November 4, 2025 (Tuesday).

Meanwhile, operations in the Negros Occidental, Antique, Aklan, and Capiz Field Offices shall be suspended, pursuant to the declarations issued by the respective Local Government Units (LGUs) where said offices are located.

Should the LGUs having jurisdiction over the Regional Office and Iloilo and Guimaras Field Offices declare work suspensions, this Office shall likewise adhere to such directives.

The Regional Office and all Field Offices will be closed to the public during this period. For urgent matters, clients may email [email protected].

Clients scheduled on 04 November 2025 will be accommodated anytime within the week once operations resume.

πŸ“Œ For COMEX Examinees:
The Computerized Exam scheduled on 04 November 2025 is cancelled and will be rescheduled to a later date. A separate advisory will be issued for the new schedule.
