🌏 DMW OVERSEAS SPECIAL JOB FAIR 2026

The Department of Migrant Workers – Pre-Employment and Government Placement Bureau (DMW-PEGPB), in partnership with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Roxas City, proudly conducted the DMW Overseas Special Job Fair 2026 on September 30, 2026 at Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center.

The initiative aims to bring legitimate overseas employment opportunities closer to jobseekers, opening pathways to careers abroad across various industries.

Roxas City was among the cities selected by DMW-PEGPB for the Job Fair Caravan, in recognition of the employment challenges brought about by the adverse effects of climate disturbances in the past year.

The Job Fair drew 624 applicants, who explored employment opportunities offered by 12 recruitment agencies representing various industries, including maritime and cruise services, healthcare, manufacturing, aesthetics, and other sectors.

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) – Pre-Employment and Government Placement Bureau (PEGPB), in partnership with PESO Roxas City, conducted a Briefing on DMW Programs and Services for PESO Managers and Job Placement Officers in Capiz.

The briefing covered key programs and services, including:

📌 Government-to-Government Hiring Program
📌 Job Fair Facilitation
📌 DMW E-Registration
📌 Alternative Labor Market Interventions for Repatriated OFWs
📌 Reintegration Programs for OFWs

The activity strengthens the capacity of PESO personnel to better assist jobseekers and OFWs through accessible employment, placement, and reintegration services.
