Congratulations to the Capiz Police Provincial Office headed by PCOL David Cachumbo Jr., Roxas City Police Station headed by PLTCOL Rogelio Tomagtang Jr., Barangay Captains and Officials of Roxas City’s 47 Barangays for successfully implementing PROJECT RTT 3389 and CaPeace Tawhayan Initiative where loose, undocumented fi****ms are surrendered voluntarily to the PNP. Each fi***rm surrendered is potentially a crime prevented. The City Government of Roxas under the leadership of Mayor Ronnie Dadivas is fully committed in making our beloved city safer for all Roxasnon.

As Chairman of the SP Committee on Disaster Risk Reduction & Management, together with our CDRRMO head Sir Gilbert Fernando, it is important to align with the strategies and programs of our National Government to better prepare ourselves against natural calamities and man-made disasters.
