If your business establishment does not require a Building Permit, please secure the following:

- National Police Clearance
-Philhealth Clearance ( Original and 1 Photocopy)
- Lease of Contract ( if Renting) (Notarized)( Original and 1 Photocopy)
-result of laboratory test (for Food Related business)

before you proceed to the BPLO for encoding.
