BPL-LIEO Rosario: Stronger Fieldworks, Stronger Compliance!
Beyond the successful Business Registration and Renewal Season, the Business Permits, Licensing and Local Investment & Enterprise Office (BPL-LIEO) of LGU Rosario, La Union continues to intensify its field inspections to ensure lawful, safe, and business-friendly practices across the municipality.
Through the unwavering support and guidance of Hon. Mayor Atty. Bellarmin A. Flores II and Hon. Vice Mayor Bellarmin C. Flores III, BPL-LIEO strengthened its regular business inspections and issuance of Notices of Violation to establishments operating without the necessary permits, especially those brought to the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk.
With the involvement of the 33 barangay captains through ABC Pres. SBM Joel Toto Abril, collaborative field inspections are continuously being conducted to uphold accountability and compliance in every barangay.
⛽ Weekly inspections and price monitoring of Gasoline Stations and LPG retailers are likewise being carried out within Rosario’s territorial jurisdiction to ensure compliance amid the declared State of National Energy Emergency.
As your partner in Investment Promotion and Enterprise Development, BPL-LIEO remains committed not only as a regulatory office but as an advocate for MSMEs and stakeholders toward a more competitive, progressive, and business-friendly Rosario.
Guided by our divine principle “Service to People is Service to God”, with collaborative and collective efforts, BPL-LIEO is commited to champion Ease of Doing Business through streamlined procedures, involvement in policy formulation and its effective implementation, and good governance for the betterment of Rosario and its people.
